A Bear Visitor

Posted on July 16, 2017 at 9:35 PM

This bear was coming around here with its mother early last year and only weighed about 50lbs. I remember him from the brown spot on top his head and the wave of brown through his mid section. It's truely amazing how fast they grow in the first year they are alive!

Squirrel Tale

Posted on August 6, 2016 at 10:30 PM

Got a good shot of a squirrel in a tree by the cabin.....I'm sure this critter has a tale to tell as I watch him taking death defying leaps trying to land on the bird feeder on a daily basis!

Last leap I seen was him dropping off the roof of the cabin and bouncing off the top of the feeder and then falling about 15ft to the ground below. The critter is determined!!!!!
