"Bust Your Butt Falls" Highlands, NC 10-6-2020
I had about 2 minutes to take these two images today before a ton of tourists started climbing all over these rocks and peppered the scene!
Best compositions I could manage in such a brief window to set up and take the shots.

Canon 5D4 / IRIX 15mm f/2.4 Blackstone.
[ f/22, 1/15 sec., ISO-100 ]
This lens is extremely difficult to shoot in to the Sun with, it sometimes has a bit of a fit when it comes to flaring....

Comet Neowise and More...
Posted on July 21, 2020 at 9:00 PM |
A lot was going on in the sky on July 20th, 2020!!!!!
This first shot is of Comet Neowise with a Lightning Cloud fired up....
This 2nd shot is of the Milky Way, Jupiter and Saturn (2 bright stars upper left), and a Thunderhead lit up with Lightning reflecting off the lake....
This 3rd shot is of the Milky Way with a huge Fireball on the right that I got extremely lucky to capture in this image. We could actually hear the fireball burning through the air!
